Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take care to represent colours and finishes accurately, but slight variation between screen and product is normal for plated jewellery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed (or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is placed). We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery where available. We may cancel an order — with a full refund of any amount paid — if an item turns out to be out of stock or if we suspect fraud.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

All content on this site — designs, photography, text, and the Tray of Dazzles name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

We aim for every order to arrive as described and on time, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. For any complaint or grievance regarding this site, contact our Grievance Officer at support@trayofdazzles.com; we aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
