This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account & contact details — name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register or check out.
- Order details — shipping address, items purchased, and order history.
- Payment information — processed directly by Razorpay, our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details on our servers.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working correctly.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, fulfil, and ship your orders.
- To send transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping updates, and status changes.
- To maintain your account and order history.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our Contact page.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep our checkout secure.
Cookies & Browser Storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what’s in your bag. If you check “Save my details on this device” while checking out as a guest, your name, email, phone number, and delivery address are also stored in your browser so your next order is quicker. That information stays on your device, is never sent anywhere other than with the order you place, and you can remove it at any time by unticking that box or using the “Not you? Clear” link at checkout. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing Your Information
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our store: Razorpay for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Microsoft Azure for hosting our database and product images. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Data Retention
We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Indian law. Delivery addresses you use at checkout are saved to your account so you can reuse them; you can edit or delete any of them from your account at any time.
Your Rights
You can review and update your details from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, write to us at support@trayofdazzles.comand we’ll respond within a reasonable time, consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children's Privacy
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
